1. Services
LaPage Digital provides services including but not limited to:
- Workflow automation setup
- Managed hosting services
- Data engineering and analytics services
- Custom web application development
- AI and operational system consulting
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate project requirements
- Maintain lawful use of all services
- Avoid hosting illegal, malicious, or abusive content
- Keep credentials and account access secure
3. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Payments are due according to invoices or signed agreements
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
- Fees are non-refundable once work has started
4. Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly transferred in writing:
- Clients retain ownership of their business data
- LaPage Digital retains ownership of internal frameworks, tooling, and reusable components
- Custom deliverables become the client's property after full payment
5. Hosting & Infrastructure
For managed hosting services:
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime
- Scheduled maintenance may occur
- Clients are responsible for backing up critical business data unless backup services are explicitly included
6. Limitation of Liability
LaPage Digital is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Business interruption
- Third-party outages or integrations
- Data loss caused by client-side actions or external providers
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice unless bound by a separate contract.
Outstanding balances remain payable after termination.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
