Green Hour
Key lime, gentian, and a flash of green peppercorn.
Small-batch sparkling aperitifs / 2026
Night Citrus is a line of bright, bitter, low-sugar drinks made for the pause between dinner and whatever comes next.
Current release / three ways to stay out
Three sparkling aperitifs built from cold-pressed citrus, botanical distillates, and a clean finish.
Key lime, gentian, and a flash of green peppercorn.
Yuzu, blueberry leaf, and a dry mineral finish.
Blood orange, black tea, and a whisper of smoked salt.
How it is made / quiet precision
We make each release in small runs, letting the oils, peels, and botanicals set the pace. No neon shortcuts. No overbuilt sweetness.
Read our point of viewCitrus is pressed in small batches, when its aromatic oils are at their most expressive.
We draw out bitter greens, tea, and spice without flattening the fruit underneath.
Fine bubbles lock in the top notes and keep the finish crisp from first sip to last.
Every bottle leaves our studio ready for a late table, a slow record, or an unplanned second round.
“Not a soft drink. Not a performance. Just a sharper way to slow down.”
Night Citrus began with a simple question: what if a non-alcoholic drink had the same poise as the first cocktail of the evening? We make answers in glass, one measured release at a time.
