01 / The daily ritual

Make room for a better kind of quiet.

Blue Hour is a neighborhood cafe built around the full arc of coffee: people who grow it, people who roast it, and the small pause that lets you taste it.

01 / Brew bar07:00

Clear, bright, never rushed.

Espresso, batch brew, and hand pours tuned to the room and the weather.

02 / Kitchen08:00

Something warm with that.

Toasted sesame buns, citrus cakes, and savory plates from our overnight kitchen.

03 / After hours18:00

The same room, a different frequency.

When the sun drops, the music turns down and the bar shifts toward vermouth, espresso tonics, and long conversations.

02 / From origin

The fruit is the first note.

We work with small producer groups in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Mexico, following the harvest instead of forcing a permanent menu. Every lot arrives with a place, a season, and a reason to be here.

03 / Roasted with intent

A little darker around the edges.

We roast for sweetness and structure, keeping enough of the origin in focus to make the cup feel like a place.
