Grown for
the return.

We grow food that leaves the field more alive than we found it. Follow the work from cover crop to market table.

Walk the fields

01 / In the field

Hands in the soil.

Thirty-two acres, eight rotations, no shortcuts.

02 / Living systems

More roots.
More return.

Compost, cover, and careful water keep the ground working.

03 / This week

Beans
are here.

Friday market, 3–7 PM.

A working almanac

The farm is the method.

Regeneration is not a finish line or a label. It is a set of daily observations, shared decisions, and patient returns.

01

Read the ground.

We begin with water flow, soil texture, pollinator paths, and what the last season left behind.

02

Plant in company.

Rows are planned as communities: diverse crops, protective cover, and room for wild edges.

03

Leave more.

Every harvest is also an investment in the next one: residue, roots, seed, and local knowledge.

What does a visit to Morrow Field look like?

Seasonal open days are informal walks through the active beds, wash house, and hedgerow. We keep groups small so there is time for questions and quiet observation.

Come by the farm

Keep in touch with the growing.

Morrow Field Cooperative is open for Friday markets and occasional field walks. We are 72 minutes east of the city, past the old grain elevator.
