Make room03 / The group
Each Midnight Mise address runs its own frequency: a counter for experiments, a dining room for long conversations, and a late kitchen for the last train home.
Eight seats, a short menu, and a front-row view of the pass.
Seasonal plates and low light in a room built for staying awhile.
A compact late-night kitchen for cooks, night owls, and hungry artists.
05 / The service note
Midnight Mise began as a shared prep table between friends who wanted a restaurant to feel alive past the usual last call. We keep the menus short, the lights low, and the welcome direct.
06 / Practical magic
Walk-ins are welcome at the bar. For larger groups, late arrivals, or accessibility questions, call the room directly and our host will help find the right setup.
07 / Reservations
Tell us where you want to land. This demo form does not submit a real reservation.
