01 / Ground
Arrive slowly.
Tea, a warm welcome, and a room with no schedule for the first hour.
Three days / outside the noise
Morrow House is a small recovery retreat for people who want a softer pace, a clearer body, and a plan they can bring home.
The work / 01
Nothing is performed at Morrow House. Each ritual is a practical invitation to notice what your body has been asking for.
01 / Ground
Tea, a warm welcome, and a room with no schedule for the first hour.
02 / Restore
Bodywork, guided breath, and a generous pause between every next thing.
03 / Return
A small, honest practice made for the life waiting on the other side.
The stay / 02
Twenty guests share a quiet hillside house, a long table, and a schedule that leaves space around the important parts. Come solo or bring someone who knows how to be quiet with you.
Simple rooms, seasonal meals, and good coffee before the first practice.
Choose between movement, breath, bodywork, and the option to do less.
Leave with one page of notes and a next week that feels possible.
A day at Morrow / 03
A sample day, never a rulebook. We keep the anchors so you can let the rest of the day unfold.
07:30 / Wake
Start with the garden, a notebook, or another hour of sleep.
10:00 / Move
Slow movement and breath practice in the studio or under the trees.
18:00 / Gather
Seasonal dinner, shared stories, and no pressure to make conversation.
The place / 04
Morrow House sits above a small lake, ninety minutes from the city. There is a sauna, a curved pool, and a path that ends at the water. Reception disappears after dinner.
