Anxiety and overwhelm
Build room around racing thoughts, high alert, and the pressure to keep everything together.
A practical mental health studio / 01
Morrow House is a therapy practice for people navigating change, overwhelm, and the parts of life that do not fit neatly into a plan. We make space for the next honest step.
No fixed route. We notice what is happening, name what matters, and choose a direction together.
Care pathways / 02
There is no ideal version of you required before you arrive. We support adults and young adults through a range of common, difficult, and deeply personal seasons.
Build room around racing thoughts, high alert, and the pressure to keep everything together.
Find language for changes in work, relationships, body, family, or the story you have carried.
Understand patterns, practise boundaries, and make more deliberate choices with other people.
Move from survival mode toward small, sustainable actions that reconnect you to your days.
The Morrow method / 03
Our sessions combine warmth with structure. We will not ask you to perform wellness or arrive with a perfect explanation. We will help you notice what is true and make it workable.
Slow down enough to see the feeling, pattern, or need underneath the noise.
Give language to what repeats, so it becomes something you can respond to.
Try a grounded tool or conversation that makes sense beyond the therapy room.
Review what changed, adjust the route, and keep building from lived experience.
