Before

A few useful answers for the parts of travel that happen before the announcement.

How early should I arrive?

For a familiar station, ten minutes is a comfortable margin. Give yourself twenty at Harbor Central or West Quay if you need step-free access or are travelling with luggage.

Where can I find step-free access?

All Northline stations have a step-free route from street level to the platform. Look for the blue circle on the station map, or ask any platform host.

Can I bring a bicycle?

Folding bicycles travel at any time. Full-size bicycles are welcome in the marked carriage spaces outside the weekday peak window; check the route status before setting out.

What if I miss my connection?

Stay on the same ticket and speak to a host at the next platform. They will help you find the next available service without making you start over.
