Charred brassica
Burnt cabbage, cultured cream, smoked sunflower, winter herbs
First course 18
Dining group / Est. 2014
Precise food, generous rooms, and a little ceremony. We build dining experiences around the ingredients, people, and places that keep a city well fed.
03 / Three rooms, one pulse
Come for a quick plate at the counter or settle into the long table. Each Golden Steam room has its own tempo.
The original / Old quarter
A compact dining room for the full sequence, served close to the pass.
All day / River side
Window seats, bright bowls, and the fastest way into the kitchen's rhythm.
Night service / South station
Fourteen seats, loud records, and a small menu after the city clocks out.
04 / Our method
Golden Steam started with a simple question: what happens when a restaurant pays as much attention to its suppliers as it does to its service?
We work with a small network of growers, fishers, millers, and makers within a day's travel of our rooms. The menu follows their best work, not a fixed idea of what a restaurant should be serving. In the kitchen, every plate moves through heat, balance, and restraint.
That is our mechanism: a place where technical care still feels human, and a good dinner leaves enough room for tomorrow.
05 / Reserve your orbit
Tell us where you would like to land. This demo form does not send a booking; it simply confirms the interaction locally.
