01 · The Northline method

Make the work visible.

We build a clearer line between what an athlete feels, what a coach sees, and what a team needs next.

01 / ARRIVE

Read the room.

Every session starts with a short check-in: load, energy, intention. The plan begins with the person in front of us.

02 / TRAIN

Do less, better.

Small groups, clean cues, and enough space to repeat a movement until it belongs to you.

03 / RETURN

Carry it forward.

Leave with one useful note for the next practice, match, or morning. Progress should travel beyond our walls.

02 · Programmes

A place for the whole season.

Choose a rhythm that respects the calendar you already have. Northline works alongside clubs, not over them.

01

First team

Strength, speed, and recovery for senior squads.

02

Open lane

Independent training with a coach on the floor.

03

Next wave

Foundations for young athletes and their families.

04

Return to play

Measured re-entry after time away from sport.

03 · This week

Find your line.

Our working calendar stays deliberately small. If a session is full, we will show you the next honest opening.

04 · Come by

Start with a conversation.

Tell us what you are training for and where the season has taken you. We will suggest a first session, not a contract.

No payment. No mailing list. Just a reply from the house.
