What does VND 19,900,000 include?
Brand-led design, catalogue, ordering and payments within the standard scope, technical SEO, measurement, plus hosting and maintenance for year one. Exact scope is confirmed in your quote.
What does it cost each year after that?
VND 6,000,000/year (excluding VAT) for hosting, SSL, backups, security updates and fixes to what LaPage built. Larger stores may need a hosting upgrade.
Can it connect to Shopee or TikTok Shop?
Marketplace connections are an add-on, quoted once LaPage understands how you sell.
Who owns the customer data?
Your business does. Domain, data and measurement accounts are in your name, and LaPage hands over the full source code if you move.
